An international business man with multiple residences retained Ledingham Design Consultants to custom design a two-storey Penthouse suite. The Penthouse, situated in the Coal Harbour area of Vancouver, has panoramic city, ocean and mountain views.
The designers selected a simple palette of limestone, makore wood panelling and neutral carpets as a background for the architectural spaces. Custom-designed fireplaces, a wood and nickel staircase, millwork and wall panelling complement the spaces. The bathrooms are enlivened with the addition of glass mosaic tiles. Unique lighting fixtures enhance several spaces.
All of the furniture was custom made to designer specifications. Rich combinations of chenille, leather and silks are used throughout.
